Performance Review -- did you get a raise in 2010?

Anonymous
Great review, $1500 bonus, another $500 on-the-spot, and 40hrs of annual leave.

I, however, didn't expect a raise (except for COLA), since I got a QSI and decent bonus last year. I've moved up faster in the past 3 years than typical in the GS scale. DoD govie with $120K salary.

Now THAT is a bonus that makes me jealous!

No raise for me, but I was just told that if I would suck up the work of a part-time person who left I could make 7% more next year. Sad thing is, I'm so desperate after two previous years of 2% raises, I just might do it. WWYD?

Nope but got news of a layoff. Sucks.

3rd year of no raise with exceptional review and huge increase in job duties not described in my job description. ( I now supervise 10 people while supervision is not in my job class)

Would like to see this rectified, but honestly need to work and my field is not pretty right now.

I got promoted from GS-13 to GS-14, so I went part time (80%) and basically kept the same pay. It is awesome.

Anticipating a piddle 3% raise with a "title" promotion- or i hope since that was the deal almost 2 years ago! co did ok and we all get a decent bonus for the org- i'd rather get a bigger salary increase

Great review, 2% raise, 6% bonus. About what I expected and I am happy that I have a job, and that I can still keep my P/T flexible schedule. It's worth a lot to us.

Don't know yet.

As a GS-13, step 1, what would the best and worst-case scenarios be?
Anonymous
Private sector, great review. 4% raise and 10% bonus.

Private sector, worked 65 hour workweeks regularly due to too much work to get done, denied promotion even with more job duties, no raise, $1000 bonus
Anonymous
Nope, and not in 2009 or 2008 either. Keeping my fingers crossed for 2011! This is a private sector in-house attorney job.

I'd do it just to hold on to my job.

Nope. Government. No raise, no step (got one last year), not sure on the bonus yet, but I had a damn good review.

8:08 - I would think about doing it, but approach them about the 7 percent starting sooner.

DH got a 3.5% raise and a 40,000 bonus. We are very grateful.
