I got a minor promotion and a 25% raise this past year.
|
| Got an outstanding review and I'm expecting 5% (although not yet confirmed until the end of the month). I currently make $90k at 35 hr/wk. |
You, my friend, are my hero. I worked for the state for 20 years, and I know how it goes, there. Are you thinking of taking the $15,000 pay out? Do you know anyone who is? |
| Great review and 4.5% raise, which I was really happy about. |
| After 2 years of no raises/bonuses, I got 3.2 raise and 7% bonus. |
|
DH: great review, 3% raise no COLA (after no raise or COLA in 2009). Relieved to have gotten something given the increases in insurance premiums and copays.
me: great review, no increase |
| No raise here. I also work for the state. |
|
I'm mainly on comission and I did not get a raise in my base pay.
DH did not get a raise in his pay either, but we suspect he is on the high end of the pay scale. Since he is paid well, we are confident if there were to be cuts, he'd be the first to go, so he is laying low, doing his job, and keeping his mouth shut. |
| great performance review. no raise. no bonus. employer is announcing layoffs this week, and I'm happy to still have my job. |
amen to this! |
| Op, that sounds like a great raise. I didn't get a raise last year and not expecting one this year. Prior to that, I got a pay cut. All of you getting raises and bonuses, however small are still doing very well in this climate. |
I'm not nearly senior enough for the pay out, but I do know at least two people who've taken early retirement in the last few years. In one case, the person took early retirement to save another job in his department - that's someone who deserves praise. Me, not so much, though I do hope things improve for all of us soon. |
| no raise, 70% bonus (base salary $150) |
| Got 5% raise this year (back in July). That was high end of scale in our office, but I had a very good review. No raise at all last year, along with a week-long furlough. I work for pretty large non-profit. We've already heard raises will be smaller this Summer. I'm expecting I'll get around 3%. |
| I got a little less than a 5% raise and a little more than a 4% bonus. I'm a lawyer - I had a good year and good review, though things are still a little slow. |
