That's obvious given they clearly don't care how many kids they will screw over with whatever they're planning with this acceleration and enrichment plan... they just care about keeping the info locked down so they can limit how much parents can push back.

So we're really not going to get the materials ahead of time. This does not bode well.

Yeah, unless there really are some last minute details they're still ironing out, this is them hiding the ball until the last minute so people have no time to email Board members about it before the meeting starts or adjust their testimony to address it

You are giving them way too much benefit of the doubt. There is a clear pattern of them posting materials only during or after the agenda item comes up during the meeting. At that point the materials have clearly been ready and we're being held to prevent the public from seeing them ahead of time.

Oh how sneaky. They just updated the agenda to add a note that the acceleration discussion is an “oral discussion” circumventing the need to post materials. That’s so not okay.

Clearly they see this thread and see that we’re waiting. MCPS and the Board, jerking people around like this and not telling us or even the GEC what’s happening with compacted math is not okay. Not in the slightest.
