What do your teen girls eat for breakfast?

Wide variety of things ranging from eggs, prepared various ways, bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, parfaits, oatmeal, pancakes, crêpes. I can list all breakfast food foods. It’s never nothing or grab and go.

We bake those mini egg bites

Eggs, cottage cheese, cheeses cheddar, chopped up ham. Can add spinach too.

Bake it in silicon muffin mold, freeze, microwave, eat 5 minis a morning.

She usually just grab a bar of some sort, or maybe a muffin etc if I have made any.

On the weekends, often dinner leftovers.

She really isn’t a breakfast person.

I am blessed with an early riser, which is such a nice change after my oldest, who had to be dragged out of bed and was always late to school, and never had time to eat. She makes herself a bowl of Japanese soba noodles (not instant ramen), with sardines and little side pickles. Or my husband makes her an egg with toast. Or various other things, like yogurt with fruit. It's so nice that I don't have to worry about her.

Similar. My one DD eats the above. My other is gluten free and will have coffee and maybe a slice of toast with butter/jam. Occasionally cereal. Sometimes I will have hardboiled eggs and they’ll have a few of those.

Kodiak muffin cups, protein waffle, yogurt with granola, bagel and cream cheese. Sometimes two of these items. She tends not eat much for lunch so the more she eats the better. She also started getting recipes for ninja creami as well

Almost exactly this, right down to eating the most at breakfast. She eats again after school and sometimes just snacks for lunch.

Kodiak muffin cups are her favorites for breakfasts and most frequent. Bagels are second.

Hopefully she’s brushing her teeth after that smelly meal!

I don't know what's poop emoji about that, you could get that breakfast at any restaurant or diner. That said, it sure sounds a lot more complicated than what a typical teen eats for breakfast on a school morning in modern times. That's more like a summer vacation breakfast.

DD13
1 Trader Joe’s naan bread with 2 eggs on with cheese
One mini bagel with one egg and cheese
Kodiak brand French toast (3-5)
If she’s not v hungry an apple with PB
Always fruit and always a glass of juice

She doesn’t each lunch because she takes Ritalin so I need her to have a decent breakfast. If she is moving slowly and we’re really rushing she eats in thecar.

Either 1) 2 poached eggs and peanut butter on toast; or 2) wedge of quiche; or 3) nothing. We never know until morning.
