Okay it's tomorrow so let's recap what got deleted.

Bardot was a vile racist, Islamophobe, and homophobe who was fined 6 times by the French government for inciting racial hatred. She abandoned her son and continued to make cruel statements about hating her child for decades.

She was a garbage person. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I don't feel as strongly as you seem to do. But I didn't care for her either.

Sophia Loren compares how? Google says:

"Her journey to motherhood included miscarriages, making the birth of her sons a deeply cherished experience, and she is now a grandmother."

Nah, she’s burning in hell. Good riddance.

Maybe you should have qualified that in your initial statement. There are a gazillion beautiful actresses from that era. Not all of them turned out to be total misanthropes.

This should be under the I feel old thread. I am not surprised by this comment

The funny thing is I am kind of old ,57. My mom (82) knew who she was.

So, not very cultured.

Unfornately old does not equal cultured.

A forum of people fawning over a vile woman is what's pathetic. We need to call racists out. People were literally calling her an angel, which she was not.
