I think you have a different perspective than what people are saying.

These are typically done by hirgj end masseuses, or people who specialize in this type of massage.

You mean by sex workers?

My perspective - I don’t want to hire a sex worker to do it.

What makes it fun is the idea that a sexy guy also finds me sexy and does it of his own free will. Not that I paid him to.

Also the anticipation and build up - will he? Is his hand going up higher or am I imagining it? The build up of tension. So really more like on a first date where the chemistry is there but you don’t know what’s going to happen and put out your own signals while looking for his.

Sounds delusional. You are paying for a stranger to get you off.

It also seems to defeat the point. This isn't a relationship. This is a transaction where you're basically paying for the privilege of being selfish.

Bravo to the women who are self-assured enough to want the massage therapist to play Crazy Train on their hoohah.

It sounds like these are mostly done by licensed massage therapists. Can you describe the places in vague detail? How and where does this happen? Flirty professional at high end hotel or regular salon? Chinese massage shop?

Let's also be clear, a masseuse who touches someone sexually without it being explicitly clear that's what the person wanted is committing assault. So that weird fantasy is especially gross.

I believe that in the case of women getting the happy ending, the two of them end up sending signals to each other that they want it to happen.
Yes, it crosses ethical and professional boundaries for the masseur to do it, so there is high risk there. Also, he needs to make darn well sure that he knows that she wants his hands to wander. But like I and someone else are suggesting, there are ways to make this clear.

Or rather, keep it to a fantasy. Once you make it real, you are hiring a sex worker.

Or, you know, hire a sex worker to make your fantasy a reality, if that's what you're into. If it's consensual, it's no longer creepy. If you need it to be a "surprise", pay them for 5 massages with the variable being that one or more of them, unbeknownst to you beforehand, will include your fantasy fulfillment, in detail, just how you like it. If they consent to it, that's fine.

Does it count if it's a husband or boyfriend giving the massage?
I kick myself because when I was single, I had a friend... that should've been FWB... and ugh, she wanted to try out some massage oils, and we did. But I was too church-y to let myself cross boundaries

It was amazing!

How does this go down. Was it a male masseuse or female? Do you ask or they just start...?

No, but I would like one. 😁

Same. I have no interest in seeing a sketchy sex worker masquerading as a massage therapist.

But you are hiring a sex worker to do it. This sounds like it was written by a porn addled man anyways.

LOL! You are paying for it. Delusional much?

Yes, once when I was single at a high end Mexican resort. The massage was over the top good and his hands got closer I could have resisted but I didn’t. It was at the end of the hour massage and my body was ready for a big O. Now as a married woman that will not happen.

Masseuse is a female term. Masseur is the male version.

Masseuse has fallen out of favor and the term is now "massage therapist" for both men and women.

Stop calling your male massage therapist your masseuse or asking if it was a male masseuse. You sound like a moron. Better yet, just stop using the term.

“High end” is doing quite a lot work in some of these posts. . .

You Americans are so puritanical about something the rest of the world considers so normal.

And it’s the worlds oldest profession and it isn’t going away.
