This one is pretty weird, because it's not actually a grown-up stealing from a child... like when the tennis player handed the kid a hat and the CEO guy grabbed it and ran away.

This was a guy running across a section and basically throwing himself on the ball before any of the people who were near it could get it and then getting into an argument with one of the people who was near it... the kid is very peripheral.

This is like a weird fight between adults who are way too invested in getting a baseball.

She’s 1000% wrong. It’s every man for himself to get to the ball. It’s not yours until it is, and there’s no unwritten rule about people being close to where it lands getting dibs. Absolutely not. In every game I’d ever been to, if an adult gets the ball they give it to a kid. Unless it’s the playoffs or the World Series or something.

And you could see him pointing to the ball in his kid's hand, showing her he gave it to his kid. But she kept arguing, and honestly, she was all up in his personal space. She got the right one, because someone else wouldn't have been so nice about it.
