The Five school districts with Title IX violations, how much money do they stand to lose?

I don’t like APS wasting money litigating this fringe issue

What is really the big deal about using a private bathroom? Why is that not good enough?!

If you hate APS wasting money "litigating," wait till you meet the Trump administration.

It’s weird. The trans proponents will negotiate on absolutely nothing.

I guess I’ll start looking at single sex private schools for high school. I thought we realized that very few people want this, and it’s unfair to women.

Please go say this under your real name. Own it if you really think this is right. If you just stay anonymous you must know on some level how hateful your views are.

I am not the PP, but this type of response is why the MAGA types keep winning elections. There needs to be space under the Democratic tent for those of us who feel that trans men competing in women’s sports is deeply unfair to female athletes. It’s not a clear cut issue by any stretch of the imagination. Just look at what happened with Lia Thomas at UPenn three years ago and how that impacted top women swimmers who had dedicated their life to their sport.

If you want tolerance of viewpoints then you need to look towards the Republican side, you will NEVER find it with democrats, they shut down every opinion they don’t agree with.

You don’t get attention that way. I honestly feel bad for a lot of trans kids who are just trying to live their life. A few bad actors are making their lives more difficult.

APS didn't pick this fight, your argument is with the Trump Admin. That's who to blame.

NP They aren’t tolerant, but they don’t immediately throw someone out completely If they have divergent views. They will take what they agree with and ignore the rest because it ultimately serves their goal. The Democrats could learn from that.

Republicans don’t have scruples. That’s for sure. They’d do anything to win.

Well, it has taken them far and they are achieving their goals meanwhile we’re on the brink of losing millions of dollars that will impact way more than just trans kids.

Why do you believe we are ashamed of supporting women’s and girls rights? That is not hateful, it’s following the law and fair.

You're ashamed of being anti trans. The schools ARE following the law. Trump Admin is not. I'm confident this will be litigated.

Says who? I am proudly team TERF and will not abide by the rights of women and girls being violated, and I am happy to fight for it.
