Your refrigerator is off balance.

+1 We had an infected ice maker leak that, over the course of several years, caused our fridge to droop forward until a contractor repaired the floor joist.

Anyone living in an attic around here died a few weeks ago from heat exhaustion.

You have squirrels or raccoons who either live in your attic or are getting in through the vinyl siding of your home.

Your fridge is old and periodically vibrates, like all old fridges do. It came on so gradually that you did not notice.

This explains why your bread is falling now, and didn't fall before.

Raccoon(s)? They can get in and out of tiny spaces and into your walls.

An animal would have torn up the bag and left clear indications that they tried to get into it.

I say you put up a camera.

This is unlikely, but I lived in a haunted house for a bit and all kinds of weird things happened.

Infected?

Spell check didn’t like my attempt at “undetected”, apparently.

A lot of people in the comments had stories if people living in kitchens, closets, garages.

So make sure you don’t have a squatter.

Because everything you see on instagram is real.

It's a recording. You can't fake that.

How can a squatter be living in a kitchen cabinet?

Not necessarily if they knocked it off the fridge and were still up on the fridge. But you'd see some evidence somewhere.

Consult the documentary, "The Littles."

It’s when your ice maker releases.

Me! Bread does not belong up there! Should be stored in a cool dark dry place. Opposite of the top of a refrigerator/appliance.
