Tax the Rich - New MAGA Chant?

At the core, he’s always been a government contractor. And now the ingrate his flipped?! He was just using us?! Eff him. He deserves everything that happens from here in out. Forget taxes. I want expropriations. I want disgorgements.
This and your previous posts are your wet dream of what a democrat thinks. All I see in your posts is a person who has given up justifying the republican side.

Wow that audience was a bunch of old white Nebraskans. This is a tide turning against Trump's policies. Love it!

I just saw a post with a chart and the comment:

A new analysis shows Trump's tax plan will "actively transfer money from low income people to the top 0.1%"

Found it here on Twitter: https://x.com/NoLieWithBTC/status/1902363923669557393

I am not a "messaging expert" but I know an effect phrase when I see one. "Massive handout for the rich" is not nearly as effective as "Actively transfer" as the latter really makes the point that this money is coming from YOU.

I think this phrase should be used a LOT.

And a chicken in every pot!

And a pony!

And extra ice cream for everyone!

Meanwhile he's firing everyone who works for Social Security and shutting down offices making it harder for people to contact them, deal with issues or problems, ask questions, get help, apply, clear up mistakes...

Similar reaction in Wyoming.

This.
The tech bros thought they could use culture wars to distract from the fundamental inequity of their tax burden. That only works so long as it is in the abstract. Musk has made the cost very concrete and Americans are getting angry.
It’s only the beginning unless the GOP gets its collective head out of Trump’s behind soon.

Not gonna happen. They are terrified of f losing their soft cushy jobs

Oh, you mean like social security recipient? Yeah, they'll notice.

if you want to get serious, check out the thread that says the top two Democrat candidates according to a recent poll are AOC and Kamala Harris, and then another thread suggests Andrew Cuomo as a candidate.

Do you think any of these three could win a national election and are the best you can do?

if so, get ready for a third term for Trump or somebody like him.

2028 is a long time from now. We've got bigger fish to fry.

Are MAGA really falling for that?

Non-MAGA Republicans are pissed. Most of my family is made up of non-MAGA Republicans who served their country in the various armed services. They hate Musk and everything that he is doing. They are slowly turning on Trump for allowing Musk to have so much power.

Yeah, it's almost as if Republicans don't get texts or emails from their congress people and can't be bothered to get to town halls before "paid leftists" have snagged all the seats.

Yes. Look, Trump is a RINO who pardoned all the antifa radical leftists who attacked the Capitol on Jan 6 2021.

Well Trump says he wants to eliminate taxes for those making less than $150,000/year, so that certainly sounds like "tax the rich".

You are conflating one thing with another. Whatever PP said is the plan being sold to the masses. And this does happen to benefit working class. Whatever other tax cuts that you think are coming for the ultra rich, please provide an argument against PP, because what you just said isn't it.

words are cheap. Pardon the pun.

The actual tax cuts will mostly help the rich, not the LMC.

Literally the only thing that unites the GOP is massive tax cuts for the wealthy. Where have these people been?? What did they vote for??

And the actual tax plan doesn’t do that. Did Trump lie? No way!
