+1. For. A. State. School. |
No, it is EA. RD will be in March. |
My instater is at 47,000 so you definitely want to look at all that is included in your total OOS pricing |
I’m so ready for this to be over so I hope there’s not a ton of deferrals like some of these other state schools. |
What are you, nuts. It’s 60k tuition 1st and 2nd year and 63k 3rd and 4th. Let’s call it 61.5k. And this is the College of Arts and Sciences. Engineering is 71k oos… https://sfs.virginia.edu/financial-aid-new-applicants/financial-aid-basics/estimated-undergraduate-cost-attendance-2025-2026 Why do you think talented oos kids treat UVA as a backup? If you are going to pay private school tuition, go to a private school…. |
All in they are charging Nursing Students 86K a year by senior year. So you think charging Nurses at a Public School when there is a shortage and it is low paying 63K a year is fair? It should be free to be honest giving nursing shortage. |
Ha! You forgot to add room & board |
do they waitlist, defer? deny?
|
All of the above. |
UVA definitely defers. |
DP. Are you serious?? $81k/year... for UVA?? |
But friday they will either admit, defer or deny? |
Most T30 private schools are $90K/yr. |
Yes, for early applications (ED and EA), they admit, defer, or deny. |
Talented in state kids treat it as a backup as well: rather spend more and also get better peers and benefits of an ivy-type |
