Does anyone watch Teen Mom?

Agree - the mtv camera crew caught all the physical/verbal abuse on tape. I feel bad for Leah - I'm going to guess her first word will be "F*ck" compliments of her loud mouth mother. Do any of the teens work...where are they getting $$ for rent, diapers, day care, baby gear, etc.? |

Farrah is such a whiny bitch. I can't stand the way she gets so fucking whiny and defensive every time she talks to people.
Also, how would her baby be eligible for survivor's benefits? Wouldn't the baby's father have to have earned enough credits through working for her to get them? If he was only 16 when he died, that seems unlikely.... |

Farrah is so clueless and so nasty to people. I couldn't believe the way she talks to her lawyer - he was good though. Kept telling her, "This is real life" and that she had to just suck it up for her daughter.
Gary and Amber have such a messed up relationship. She is so awful to him. I agree that Leah seems ignored a lot of the time. She is very cute though. Love Tyler and Catelynn. Think they are such good kids, especially for all they have been through. Maci is OK, too. Hate the name Bentley, but she seems to be doing the best she can as a single mom. I wonder how long this show will run. The kids are all still pretty little and under control now, but I have to think with all the instability in their lives there will be problems in the future. |

This show is a train wreck. It's fascinating and devastating all at the same time. I cannot believe Catelynn's mom is 37. Whoa. Meth is not pretty.

I just watched Caitlyn's episode from 16 and pregnant online and bawled the whole way through.
Initially it looks like it probably is a good program to watch with my 13 year old. |

Thanks to you, I have been completely unproductive for about an hour. Those recaps are hysterical! But the show really is pretty devastating - it's one thing to watch teens make bad relationship decisions and have bad relationships with their parents, but knowing that they have these impressionable toddlers watching them, looking up to them, learning from them... |

| I usually am annoyed by Farrah, but last night I cried when her bd sister gave the baby that book. I also cried when she was on the phone with her mom. That baby looks just like her dad. |

Catelynn's mom should be smacked, especially after the comment she made in the preview to next week's episode. I am impressed by Catelynn and Tyler in every episode.
Amber is an idiot for being so abusive on camera. I give Gary credit for not really reacting and just leaving, and at least the baby wasn't there that time. |
