It’s almost better to cut through the Peach Tree apartments into Pimmit Hills to access from Paxton, but that doubles the distance. The location would be a lot better if they opened the service road to access Lisle Ave, but I’m sure people would fight that to avoid making that area a cut through.

That parking lot is a nightmare, and it sure won't get any better with the added pop density.

To be fair, every Trader Joe's parking lot is a nightmare. It's a reliable Trader Joe's feature.

Another townhouse community is coming right next door to the Tyson’s Ridge community, replacing the healthcare services building next to the Pimmit Regional Library.

Approved (excluding proposed but not approved) developments in and around Pimmit Hills and Tyson’s are slated to add 700+ students to Marshall by 2035.

Thinly thing left is the church and library.

Has this new development been approved? It would be great to get the first batch of houses, as they are likely to be the least expensive ones

Pimmit Hills is so convenient!

No, but it is very close. The developer updated their development plan this week.

Their plan include a pocket park and green space and a walkway that connects directly to Pimmit Park. The townhomes on the east side of the planned community look very nice.

Zero appreciation forever. I guarantee that.

These will be dumps in 20 years.

I live in PH. By suburban standards, it is very walkable, which is greatly aided by sidewalks in 90% of the neighborhood streets. We walk to both elementary schools, McLean metro in a pinch, Safeway and the restaurants in that mall, library, multiple parks.
