Another townhouse community is coming right next door to the Tyson’s Ridge community, replacing the healthcare services building next to the Pimmit Regional Library.

No, but it is very close. The developer updated their development plan this week.

Their plan include a pocket park and green space and a walkway that connects directly to Pimmit Park.  The townhomes on the east side of the planned community look very nice. [/quote]
