Not pp but it was already on a steep upward trajectory.

I think a lot of these examples are backwards and the pop culture name came from a rising popularity name.

Often names are cyclical and the grandparents' and great grandparents' generations name start to feel fresh to the procreating generation.

Charlotte is a very old name but became more popular with some moms because of the character on Sex and the City.

most of these are the shows/movies following the existing trends. I already knew a couple baby Emmas when the Friends baby was named. It had already had strong growth in popularity
