Those kids play along. They always know. Their parents eat it up. |
| Do a "Santa is not real" themed Christmas. |
That’s fine, but we’re also not going to keep the truth from your kids. |
that's so messed up |
Ok. Doesn't really answer the question though. |
NP here but the person pp responded to deserved it for being racist. |
I know this is going to be terribly offensive, but many MANY adults believe in religious figures/gods/God that not everyone believes is real…so a 10 year old child believing in Santa isn’t that far crazy if their parents and everyone around them have been telling them he’s real their whole life. |
| My teens still insist we do everything we did when they were little. They still put out cookies and can't wait to wake up to see their stockings filled. Its still holiday magic. |
Yup. |
My kid is under no obligation to lie to your kids for you. |
Racist is not the word you’re looking for. |
What’s the question? Someone taking issue with something like this is grandstanding. Nobody else cares. |
|
OP. Well, DCUM, you never disappoint. I asked a question about Christmas, and not only did I not get any good answers, it devolved into antisemitic rants and arguing over whose kid is better LOL. Never change, y’all.
Anyway, so we decided to take a family trip out of state to where there will be snow (DD loves snow), stay in an AirBNB that has miniature horses, and do one of those Polar Express rides. Should be fun! |

Sounds like fun, enjoy! |
