I'm in my 40s with that physique. Some of it is genetics (naturally thin/fast metabolisim) and the other 90% is my 2 hour, 6x a week pilates/yoga/barre work. |
They will continue to shrink as they get older. Gross. |
2 hours? Dang. I have to work out a lot, restrict calories, and take testosterone now that I'm in my 40s. Before I started testosterone I couldn't put on any muscle anymore, and now I can put on enough just enough muscle to keep enjoying other activities without getting injured so often. |
Did you just arrive here on planet Earth OP? |
No they aren’t. They are skinny/skinny fat with zero muscle tone. |
Jackie O was a smoker instead. That used to work for many women. |
Arm lipo. |
Everyone pretends it’s genetics, but it’s not.
Restrictive diet, work out probably 2x/day or 2hrs/day 5x/wk Amphetamines back in the day, Ozempic etc now |
^not everyone does the last, but plenty do |
I'm also on Ozempic! Just clarifying these women likely are as well. |
Do you actually not understand that some people are just naturally skinny? Yes some people diet and workout obsessively and smoke or use Ozempic. And some people are genetically programmed for thinness. Just like some people are genetically programmed to be very tall or get vericose veins or breast cancer or to have fewer wrinkles or whatever. No one is "pretending" it's genetics. Sometimes it's genetics. Signed -- A 51 year old who has been thin my entire life and does not diet but works out a few days a week and has never used amphetamines or Ozempic |
From the pictures, only the first one seems healthy and fit.
I think the second one is part of the English royal family. Doesn't look fit. If she's taking Ozempic, that's ridiculous. She's clearly not diabetic or fat. She has the time and resources. Why not eat the good stuff and lift and get some cardio? None of this is complicated. Pathetic. Ozempic body is going to become a shame thing soon. I already see it in politics. JB Vance is the poster child for Ozempic. The third one really looks unwell. I'm guessing there are some issues - whether addiction or eating disorders. |
I’m not talking about people who are just naturally skinny (I am also naturally skinny). I’m talking about the specific long, lean, “rich” look that OP is talking about. It’s a very specific look for a specific set of people |
That's what my body is like and I don't diet or exercise obsessively nor am I on Ozempic. I lift weight a few times a week (like 30 minutes 4x a week not 2hrs 5x a week) and I'm pretty sporty generally -- I hike and kayak and play tennis on the weekends because I enjoy those activities. It's just my body type. I have long limbs and a long neck and am relatively flat chested. As long as I do some form of strength training my arms looked toned but they don't bulk up because it's just not how my body works. I also have a flat butt. Humans come in all shapes and sizes and this is one of them. The idea that all long and lean women are on Ozempic is as silly as assuming all short women with big boobs are diabetic. It's just a body type. |
Hey body twin! I'm also in my 50s and have always been thin. I got thinner after kids without trying. I work out, but not excessively, and eat a normal healthy diet including all food groups. Most of my family is the same way. Genetics. |
