Ok. That's your choice, of course. I prefer thin. |
And you have a disorder |
No, it's only disordered if it interferes with physical health or relationships. That is actually the definition of a disorder. People made up the 3 meals a day crap and the pyramid. None of what I stated is unhealthy. I don't advocate for being underweight. Instead I advocate for making eating and drinking social, the way it is intended. |
Sure, Jan. —someone who is not fat, greasy or jealous lol. |
you need to rephrase this question about how to get celebrity skinny. This isn’t the reality for the majority of UMC women. |
Agree, I don't even like GP but only she looks good here. MM often looks great at events but this is an odd pic. |
Money for procedures
Money for a chefs or meal prep Money for personal trainers Money buys you time to care for yourself EVERYONE knows this - how do you not? |
I’m thin AND eat what I want. But I am not skinny fat. I work out every day. |
Eventually your back will hurt from weak glutes. |
Osteoporosis is calling. |
Eating healthy doesn't mean you are eating little enough to be thin. Women with money have the ability to eat lean, limited and healthy. On top of which they work out doing things like yoga or pilates, tennis (though not as much anymore) though nothing like CrossFit or going to a gym lifting weights. They probably have a personal trainer who does a limited light weights program if they do weights at all. |
I don't see a lot of stockier apple shapes with higher SES. |
+1 I used to say, if only they could manufacture a pill that replicated smoking and they did! |
m Yep and with worse health outcomes to boot! |
What nonsense. Flabby??? |
