If you were going to make 4 recipes on repeat every week, what would they be?

We almost never repeat meals monthly. Our chef plans a menus 7-14 days out and emails them to me every Monday for review before he picks up the food. He plans the meals based on the seasonality of fruits/veg/herbs and even meats. Everything is sourced from farms in MD/VA and WVA. It's wonderful.

LOL to the PP.

There are a million egg roll in a bowl recipes out there but I always do this one because I have it memorized. I like it best with ground chicken or pork, but turkey or even beef will work:

I usually have it over cauliflower rice and kids regular rice. Use coconut aminos if whole30.

OP, I have two college students who are not picky eaters, and they would love if I made your 4 items every week! (I do often make a couple of them!)

I want to live at this house!

Sunday: Steak, baked potatoes, asparagus, roasted cauliflower
Monday: Grilled salmon, roasted broccoli, rice
Tuesday: Beef tacos or burgers
Wednesday: Shrimp scampi over pasta or spaghetti with meatballs
Thursday: Chicken fajitas or Greek Chicken with tzatziki and grilled veggies

Once I started rotating through this, it cut down on the "what's for dinner" and the kids liked the routine, though it does seem a little boring. I also only grocery shop on Sunday and it was easier to plan the week out with a schedule.

I use tofu or seitan in the japchae
Broccoli stew uses soy milk
Other two have protein from coconut milk or beans.
I usually balance it out by making something at lunch with tofu, seitan, or tempeh

I basically do make these:

Vegan 1-pot lentil chili (minimalist baker)
Almond butter stir fry (minimalist baker)
Kimchi fried rice (my recipe)
Tomato kale and bean soup (NYTimes has a recipe)
