If you were going to make 4 recipes on repeat every week, what would they be?

Family of 4, two young picky kids. I make the same 4 recipes on repeat because I know they will eat it.

Crispy Pork Carnitas
Homemade Chicken Parm with Spaghetti, salad (for adults)
Grilled Flank Steak, Corn on the Cob,
Ground Beef + Cheese Tacos

Salmon and roast asparagus.
Eggroll in a bowl.
Dijon Pork tenderloin and roast broccoli.
Stuck on a fourth for every single week.

My kids? Macaroni and cheese (mark Bittman’s baked one), my quick ragu with beef (plain pasta for one kid), pork chops with salad and starch, NYT chicken shawarma. They would be delighted if I made just Mac & cheese and that pasta every single night. Trying to get my act together to cook double batches and pack for lunches.

I make the same four recipes over and over again:

-Roast Salmon with rice and peas
-Fully loaded Nachos
-Meatloaf with sweet potatoes and green beans
-Roast pork with white potatoes and homemade coleslaw

I also make a big portion of vegetable pasta sauce (just sauteed whatever vegetables in tomato) and I rotate through the pasta shapes for variety, lol

I make these three basically every week:
Grilled salmon with buttered orzo and peas
Black bean and cheese quesadillas with tomatos and guacamole
Pasta with Italian sausage and mini tomatos

There’s a regular rotation to fill out the week which includes one of these:

Homemade meatballs and sauce with pasta

Tacos with grilled fish or meat, black beans, cheese, grilled vegetable maybe, tomatos, guac

Sandwiches with ciabatta, bacon, tomato, fresh mozarella, arugula with baby carrots and kale chips

Mini quiche with roasted or steamed broccoli or asparagus

Empanadas, a do a few of each: mushroom; corn and cheese; black bean and cheese. Something like green smoothies on the side.

Breakfast casserole with green smoothies on the side.

These nine dinners are basically the only ones all three of my kids will eat. So if one or more is out at friends, I can mix in more choices.

Pasta and bolognese (I make a huge batch 2-3 times a year and freeze the leftovers in single-dinner portions), with a bagged Ceasar salad

Grilled or roasted salmon with rice and steamed or roasted broccoli

Seared chicken cutlets in a lemon - white wine pan sauce with orzo or potatoes, and peas or asparagus

Burgers, but it's a mix - chicken burgers, salmon burgers, beef burgers, lamb burgers. We love them all, and super quick and easy.

I want to get Japanese curry more into my rotation. Love it, and very easy, just don't have it in my habit pattern yet.

Smash burgers, fries, Caesar salad

Carmelised onion spaghetti with grilled chicken on top and roasted broccoli with Parmesan on the side

Some kind of taco… ground beef, grilled chicken, fish. Chips, salsa, guac.

Spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, or a homemade hamburger helper (mostly winter) with side salad

Middle eastern marinated chicken kebabs (shish taouk or shawarma) with fries,
hummus, pita, tabbouleh, and garlic toum
