Hard working. At everything. Got girls ecnl. If he was paid double I would be ok with that. |
High drama much? Sorry your kid didn’t make whatever team you thought they should. |
You must be a girl parent, you’ll see him at boys games |
He is at the girl’s games as well. |
Why so upset? These numbers are low. |
| I think it’s low as well especially considering they probably spend 5-10 hrs a week coaching and 40+ hours a week dealing with all the crazy a hole parents that think their kid is the next Messi. |
When they play vda since he lives down the street in Hoodbridge. |
100% 😂😂😂 Sour parent. |
| Back 10 or so years ago, Loudoun’s former TD was making a TD salary of $130s-$140s AND Loudoun was contracting with his LLC for “Soccer Training” to the tune of $300K+ a year. Check their 990s from 2015, 2016, etc. |
Like he is at all the Ecnl showcases and major tournaments. Plus big Ecnl games and red and white team playoffs and tournaments. Dude works it. |
Typical Alexandria parent... upset little Johnny didn't make the team or didn't get "enough" playing time! LOL |
Explain how you being an Alexandria taxpayer relevant to this discussion? These are privately funded organizations, right? Not taxpayer funded? |

I’m assuming these are salaries for full time positions? If so, they seem totally reasonable and even low for running a large organization, even a nonprofit. I work in government so my salary comes from tax dollars and is in the ballpark of 150k, which isn’t exceptionally high for this area.
Low six figures is basically a minimum at this point to find anyone qualified for these type of leadership positions. I’m sure they love soccer and care about the kids playing, but doing something from the good of your heart doesn’t feed your kids or pay the mortgage. |
