These people want your money and will keep you on the hook any way possible.

I think it’s low as well especially considering they probably spend 5-10 hrs a week coaching and 40+ hours a week dealing with all the crazy a hole parents that think their kid is the next Messi.

Back 10 or so years ago, Loudoun’s former TD was making a TD salary of $130s-$140s AND Loudoun was contracting with his LLC for “Soccer Training” to the tune of $300K+ a year. Check their 990s from 2015, 2016, etc.

I’m assuming these are salaries for full time positions? If so, they seem totally reasonable and even low for running a large organization, even a nonprofit. I work in government so my salary comes from tax dollars and is in the ballpark of 150k, which isn’t exceptionally high for this area.

Low six figures is basically a minimum at this point to find anyone qualified for these type of leadership positions. I’m sure they love soccer and care about the kids playing, but doing something from the good of your heart doesn’t feed your kids or pay the mortgage.
