They paid to make her go away. McKnight was super toxic and would have dragged MCPS through the court system fighting what was her just desserts. Who knows how long that would have gone on. She didn’t give a damn about students or teachers.

Text messages saying come meet me at a hotel, you should F me and sell your P()6$ hair isn’t gossip. He admitted all of it because the evidence was clear. No judge is awarding 300k for anonymous gossip. But ok Joel or maybe this is his old secretary, another one of his drinking buddies.

He wasn’t an awesome principal. He had awesome people around him that made him look awesome. Farquhar is in an area of great kids great parents and great teachers. Any Principal at farquhar will look awesome because of the community. Where was Joel’s principal of the year award or any award for that matter? He never received any major recognition from MCPS because they knew he was inept and inappropriate. This man caused many leaders to lose their jobs and search for new ones. He stole money from the school and tried to ruin lives because he is an alcoholic with and a sexual abuser.

He wasn’t an awesome principal. He had awesome people around him that made him look awesome. Farquhar is in an area of great kids great parents and great teachers.
