He absolutely should lose his license for the way he treated all people that worked under him. |
|
He sexually harassed staff. He threatened staff. He created a hostile work environment. Losing his license is the least that could happen to him.
|
| He also mishandled school finances. Where did all the money go Joel? Why is MCPS taking so long to figure this out and dole out criminal consequences? |
There were a bunch of anonymous claims, but the only person who came forward was a woman who was texting him nude pics. I just didn't find this evidence or lack thereof all that compelling. What am I missing? |
This sounds like something that might get swept beneath the rug as most people don't want Beidleman to resurface in any way. Was there even an investigation on this? |
|
Nice try, Joel… |
I wouldn't dismiss someone because it conflicts with your agenda. Their post is factually accurate. |
|
Let this story die. The man sounds like a creep and the woman who filed sounds like she was waiting for a payday. Story over
Let this be a lesson for all in the workplace. Even when a woman sends nude pics while both being married might I add, turn around walk away and write her up before she files a lawsuit against you. Watch out men. This woman will do it again to another man that has to provide for his children. |
Agree he sounds like a creep but not sure they ever showed any wrongdoing. Most of the evidence was anonymous gossip... |
| I don’t think a court of law would award money to the plaintiff for anonymous gossip. |
There is a huge mountain of evidence. You’re just ignoring it. That’s fine. Play ignorant. Be on the side of the creep. Blame the victim. It’s fine. Until you are the victim and want people to listen to you. In the end many lost their jobs. MANY. Not just him. His the result of a broken system that allowed behaviors like this to be ignored. It’s all good until it happens to you. |
Too bad because I'd heard he was an awesome principal. |
Sexual predators are often teacher/admin of the year award winners. |
Hah, because MCPS does poorlyl at oversight and consequences. Notice McKnight got a golden parachute costing the taxpayer over $1mln, instead of being fired for incompetence. What are MCPS legal bills up to? 3x compared to the previous year as I recall? |
