In the end many lost their jobs. MANY. Not just him. His the result of a broken system that allowed behaviors like this to be ignored.

He wasn’t an awesome principal. He had awesome people around him that made him look awesome. Farquhar is in an area of great kids great parents and great teachers. Any Principal at farquhar will look awesome because of the community. Where was Joel’s principal of the year award or any award for that matter? [b]He never received any major recognition from MCPS because they knew he was inept and inappropriate.[/b] This man caused many leaders to lose their jobs and search for new ones. He stole money from the school and tried to ruin lives because he is an alcoholic with and a sexual abuser. [/quote]
