What is the "data inquiry cycle" referred to in this question from the staff survey?

"7. At my school, we work in teams to examine data, and conduct data inquiry cycles that lead to improving learning, teaching, and assessment."

Policy and procedure changes that will respond to the data results.

If 60% of your students rate the school as low for physical safety or bullying, admin needs to respond with a policy or procedure change to mitigate physical threats and bullying.
