I've noticed them a lot on souped up cars. I think it's sort of "f the man" thing in that circle.

I've seen the don't tread on me in every other car in Springfield and alexandria. But they're not always white people. I've seen middle eastern Hispanic and other South Asian I don't think I've seen east Asian cars with it.
