Maher is no Jon Stewart but there are still plenty of people that think he is funny because he is. Most of us appreciate entertainers that aren't afraid to tell it like it is in a satirical way. The people that can't handle the truth and/or don't appreciate humor aren't forced to watch.

Unfortunately—and I think this is truly unfortunate—Jon Stewart has become so painfully unfunny now that Maher is actually funnier now, and that’s a very low standard.

Jon Stewart is the master of political satire. If you haven't laughed at his recent weekly episodes, you are as dumb as a rock or you have the sense of humor of a fence post... or maybe you just haven't been tuning in.

Satire has always been a way to critique the status quo, no? But I agree Bill isn’t funny/doesn’t really have any insightful commentary.

No. The current episodes just aren’t funny. He has lost the touch. He used to be the master of political satire. Now he’s just overbearing and whiny. It’s painful to watch because it’s so sad to see how far he has fallen.

Afghanistan was set in motion by Trump and Pompeo. The GOP doesn’t want to pass immigration reform because Trump told them not to. Corporations are making record profits and increasing the prices of food. You are full of it.
