CA is not that far gone, right?

You do realize that these dogs can be rehabilitated? Look at Michael Vick's dogs and most of them went on to live better lives free from aggression.

What? No!!! That is INSANE. They should euthanize all of them. And then they'll act surprised when one of the rehomed animals attacks another person.

Where did you read that?
I would euthanize all adult dogs, puppies - only of they were part of the attack

Dogs bred for violence turn to violence and they’re just going to sail them out to families, lying the whole way.

You proven my point. There were 50 dogs and one had to be put down because of injuries. 22 were placed in a sanctuary but, a few were rescued by people. I wonder how you would be after living in that environment.

Right, because dogs bred for a certain activity can only ever do that activity.

Aww, thanks for posting this. Those poor dogs. I'm glad they went on to a better life.

Retrievers like to retrieve and like to hop in water. Sheep dogs like to herd. Breeds bred to be companion dogs like to sit on laps. I don’t understand why it’s only pit bull owners who insist that their one breed (“it’s akshually eight seprit breeds and akshually there’s no such thing as a pit bull you’re breed racist”) alone won’t do what it was bred to do. The reason people no longer fall for your “there are no bad dogs, only bad owners” is that pit bulls keep mauling people. Frequently helpless people.

Two dogs do not represent all pit bulls and mixes.

OMG how callous can you be? Two starving pit bulls ATE her!

Why were they starving?

Before or after they eat someone because they are hungry?

But it is the people. The people who train these dogs to be mean and abuse them are hungry and scared. If you do that to any large breed dog you are going to get reactive scared dogs.

Because 'pit bulls' represent mixed dogs how csn you be sure it is the pit in them and not the chow or German Shepherd? You can't. Plus the media knows pit bull dogs sells so whenever one happens they will report it

They should have shot those dogs on site.

I can't wait for the day this disgusting breed is eliminated from the world.

What do dogs who attack have in common? This isn't difficult to figure out using logic.

And do you really think the media doesn't know about other breeds of dogs?

And re the starving, aren't other dogs also sometimes hungry? None of these stories involve dogs that weren't being fed. Presumably if you walk your dog you're feeding it
