You might be a “real person”. You might be a propaganda bot. Or you could be a paid shill in Russia. Given how advanced tech has become it’s not implausible you are just an automated bot spreading propaganda. If you’re a real American poster I’m sorry you can’t see how important supporting Ukraine is. Then again, I have seen half the country continue to support an arrogant, dictator blowhard like Trump even after he says things like “I would let Russia attack NATO”. So I’m not surprised at much anymore or that your intellect, or fear, would lead you to the decision to essentially abandon Ukraine and our EU partners. I mean we are spending an objectively small amount to counter Russian aggression. The cost benefit analysis is strong. But you do you. So yeah, you’re either a bot or just misinformed. |
Do you think Ukrainians want war? |
Dp- did you not take a course in American history? |
Yes, but Republicans seem tied to isolationism as a way to support their new best friends Russia, China and Iran. Much of their messaging is tied ot just letting those three have or do whatever they want. |
We are subsidizing military conflict. |
+1 It’s not that people can’t have other opinions, but the opinions that I see on here have become some variation of “here’s how I’m a real person who shouldn’t think this way but I do so let’s just let Russia have Ukraine because otherwise aren’t we the meanies?” suggest a degree of non reality. No, we shouldn’t let Russia just have Ukraine because once they do, they’re going to move into NATO countries to take those, too. And China thinks it’s entitled to whatever it wants. And both of these aggressors seek to expand even as their countries are withering within. |
The money is going to US companies, almost all of it. That is good for our economy and the blood of the sons and daughters of other countries are at risk, not the US. So in all, it is money well spent. |
Good question...why did the GOP kill that bill? |

When you say 'negotiation' what exactly do you mean? Because Putin isn't leaving Ukraine unless he has to. So are you suggesting that the Ukrainians simply give Russia 1/3 of its country? Are you ok with Alaska being given to Putin as well? Because that is not as far fetched as you might think. |
Yes sweetie, That’s what happens when despots attack sovereign nations. |
