What kind of cheese for the nachos?

I like a combination of cheddar and Monterey Jack.

Stuffed mushrooms - I don't use a recipe, just throw together cheese, cream cheese, panko, sometimes spinach, spices, etc.

A spiced cheese, tomato curry dip. Serve with warm pita.

How do you eat this together? It seems like you are missing a soft cheese to hold it together. I assume bacon is cut to crack sized pieces.

Soup isn't a snack.

OP here. They're overpriced and overrated. Looking to make something myself, at home.

Buy dinner roll dough and stuff with Brie and cranberries and bake!

DP- If this is “maple bacon crack,” recipes usually call for brown sugar. We don’t make with crackers but here is recipe with crackers, but it also uses sugar: https://lovefoodies.com/bacon-crack/ — so it may not be what they were posting.

-Pop popcorn in coconut oil, mix with shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of Old Bay.
- Melt butter. Add rosemary. Stir in pecans to coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Cut bread cheese into small cubes. Heat in lightly greased pan - turning several times, or microwave, until the inside is soft and the outside I’d crispy.

I agree with Trader Joe’s. I like the Brazilian cheese balls and most of the dumplings.

Oh. I just saw the OP’s response to another post. If you think TJ’s is overpriced, Brazilian cheese balls are still awesome. World Market might have a mix, and Whole Foods has frozen ones, but I don’t have a recipe.

Brazilian Cheese Bread is the easiest to make. You can mix it in a blender ahead of time, cook in muffin trays. Always a hit with whoever tries them!

If you want to go more foo-foo high brow than saltines (and not use butter), this is same thing but with crescent rolls for when you want to be fancy! . https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a49545/maple-bacon-crack-recipe/

Agree. I don’t understand the TJ obsession.
