It's cold, and I'm craving savory warm snacks.
Do you have any recipes to share? I'm open to anything that's easy enough to make for a regular person with a regular kitchen. |
| Trader Joe’s freezer |
| Queso with velveeta and rotel, and chips. |
OP here. They're overpriced and overrated. Looking to make something myself, at home. |
| spiced nuts? |
How charming! Good luck with that. Signed, not PP |

-Pop popcorn in coconut oil, mix with shredded cheese, and a sprinkle of Old Bay. - Melt butter. Add rosemary. Stir in pecans to coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste. - Cut bread cheese into small cubes. Heat in lightly greased pan - turning several times, or microwave, until the inside is soft and the outside I’d crispy. I agree with Trader Joe’s. I like the Brazilian cheese balls and most of the dumplings. |
Oh. I just saw the OP’s response to another post. If you think TJ’s is overpriced, Brazilian cheese balls are still awesome. World Market might have a mix, and Whole Foods has frozen ones, but I don’t have a recipe. |
| I like shishito peppers. Just saute them with a little oil and salt. |
| I like naan topped with shredded cheese and everything bagel seasoning. |
| Baked goat cheese with jam. |
| edamame |
| Phyllo cups, bit of brie, smear of pepper jelly, sea salt on top. Back at 350 for a few minutes. |
I’ll give you that they are pricey, but I love them all. |
