Canned artichoke hearts (chopped) OR crab (picked over), mixed with 1 cup of mayo and 1cup grated Parmesan cheese. Mix it all together in small casserole dish or large ramekin.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes . Great to spread on sliced baguette (or pumpernickel rounds, or tortilla chips). Yummy |
