Heavy Movies that Change You

I saw this movie Conversations With Other Women following an extremely difficult breakup. Aaron Eckhart and Helena Bonham Carter are, for all intents and purposes, the only people in the movie. It stuck with me for over 15 years. I’ve never found it streaming anywhere.

A Clockwork Orange. Tried to watch it in college and could not get through that awful brutal attack scene. It sickened me. To this day I cannot watch that kind of violence in movies.

Sophie Scholl: The Last Days

A true story about a teenage girl who fights back against the Nazis. Soul crushing.
