I’m a Jessica from the early 80s. I didn’t have many female friends until maybe the last 10 years or so. Females tend to not like me much, and I was viciously bullied by other girls from around 2nd grade through high school. Almost all of my friends pre-marriage were male. Kids adore me, though. I became a teacher and my students frequently tell me I’m their most favorite teacher ever.
