Florida crime rate at a 50 year low. WOW!

Florida is the land of common sense. News flash, defunding the police and giving car thieves a kiss on the cheek doesn’t work.

Common sense = not including all data when drawing conclusions?!

Kinda wondering why you don’t know the Uniform Crime Report comes from your FBI, not any governor.

FL made a genius move when it INCREASED police funding while other states chose to side with criminals.

FL is its own brand of crazy. Based on what I am seeing it is a good idea to not trust anything coming out of Florida.
Another observation is that Christian Bible thumping trumpers are very noisy but I don’t see them as being in the majority
Florida is turning purple

Compared to DC, Florida is the opposite of crazy. That's why it has been a swing state for decades, while DC is a one-party crazytown.

NP.

I live in Florida.

No one in the history of humanity has ever described it as the land of common sense.

A few headlines this week:

Woman Arrested for Copulating with Dog
Confederate Monument Could Be Restored
Beach Closed (AGAIN) Due to Fecal Contamination

Florida is chock full of f8cking nutters. But they are usually jailed promptly and punished severely, which I applaud.

FBI can only report based on what the state reports.

LOL, OP needs a better news source, ie, not Desantis' admin.

Participation in national data collection is even lower. Only 49 agencies from Florida, representing less than 8% of police departments, were included in an FBI federal database last year, according to a Marshall Project analysis. This means more than 500 police departments in Florida — including most of the largest agencies, like the Miami Police Department, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, and the St. Petersburg Police Department — are missing from the national context. Florida’s participation rate is the lowest of any state in the country.

You FL defenders on this thread really need to let this thread die down. You look a fool.

That'd be worth a try in DC, the land of the exploding murder rate.

Gotta love the fact that Florida has no debt, only a surplus of funds. Kudos to Florida!

Think about Florida. It’s full of old rich people and degenerates who serve them. Plus everyone has a gun.

Where are you “seeing” this from? Your house in DC and you never set a foot there? It’s a bit like the people scared to go to NYC based on poor quality news drama.
