Hear! Hear! I have no idea how you fell into your role, but everyone knows this office was in trouble, and it is so obvious they had to put a new face in there. You are not making any improvements - you got rid of ALL the good people, every last one of them who were dedicated, devoted, wanted to be here, and performed above and beyond; and you are psychotic - but hey, love the new office renovation! /s/

I told my boss that I don't have a need or desire to speak with them as their response to everything was literally no or a long wind explanation of why something very simple couldn't be done a certain way.

You are not as special as you think you are. A lot of people can do the same things you do. Stop listening to me (and everyone else) when we are on the phone with clients and butting in! Also, it's kind of pathetic that you are in your late 30s and are still talking about how you were a cheerleader and prom queen in high school. That was 20+ years ago!

I love working remotely. Thanks for continuing to support remote work for our team. However, we do NOT need a retreat for team building. Please stop making us go somewhere random every year. We are all introverts!

Stop assuming that you know everything, including the contents of conversations that you were not a part of.
Stop playing favorites.
Stop tolerating abuse of your staff by clients.
Stop soliciting input on decisions you've already made, it is a waste of our time.
