two days a pay period. also clarified in the new bargaining agreement is that a day counts as "in office" as long as more than 50% of your hours are actually in the office. so you could make a few meetings, go home before rush hour, and finish out the day remote.

Yep, and people who were “previously” approved for less than 2 days in-office per PP are grandfathered in. So, if you were smart, you updated your Worksmart schedule for 9 day telework during Covid. If you did, you only have to come in 1 day per PP.

You weren't allowed to do that, at least in my division.

In our office it seems to be Tuesday because most people don't need to worry about the CCM.

Why would you go in on the most popular day? I plan to go in on the LEAST popular day. Mgmt can’t compel a particular day — only 2 days per PP.

Why not? I know several people across various divisions who did that. Disallowing it would have violated the CBA in effect at the time.

except for corpfin, most divisions had a % cap on expanded telework. according to the previous CBA no more than 25% of staff eligible by tenure for expanded telework were allowed to elect it, there was a waiting list per division.

I did increase my worksmart official telework up to 3 days a week but that's as far as I was allowed to go.

DP. I'm pretty sure it was in the FAQ summary provided early this week or late last week.

And you’ll be the one who complains that no one’s in the office, so why go.
