I remember when she posted on the neighborhood listserv about a bunch of her campaign signs being stolen - and how much it upset her kids.

I knew I couldn't support her when I came across a video of her where she seems absolutely crazed and unhinged, repeatedly screaming, "Trans women are women!" in front of the Supreme Court. It's all about performance and virtue signaling with her. The county will be worse off due to her time on the Council.

People in the neighborhood were just excited to get to vote for someone in the neighborhood. They didn’t know her or what she stood for…they would have voted for her as for dog queen at the fair if that was the option.

YES. She's so clueless. Why ask a cop for help when she basically stated they weren't needed. That's her first fail. Then her second fail was when she tweeted with her lame excuse without saying her appreciation and thank you to the cops who helped her.

Many 3D officers were tied up with a real call at the time, so they WERE doing their job. This was worth a non-emergency call, not a call to the district commander, especially not by someone intent on further limiting policing in the county.

And her statement? The police who “eventually” showed up? Nice words from somebody who prioritized herself and pulled them from calls.

So yes, a small sign of gratitude would be appropriate. It certainly isn’t expected, given her anti-police stance.

A councilmember who two days ago called for police not responding to traffic incidents called the *district commander* over a flat tire.

She has a capable social media presence…they are running damage control, I’m sure. The alternative would be to admit fault and apologize, which would in unthinkable.

No, I don't agree. I think it was dumb to call the District Commander, but it was an error in judgment.
