Hell, no. Most women would simply be unable to go to some random country and starting killing off people. |
| I never signed up and nothing has happened yet |
What a stupid answer. I'm a woman and I would volunteer in a heartbeat if it meant either of my children (son or daughter) would not be sent to fight some senseless war. But I can't say that I feel any easier about sending my son off to combat than I would my daughter. In a lot of ways, she is a lot tougher than him. |
All the more reason to send them. Don't you think? |
So we can lose wars? Or because you want to kill off all the women? |
So you're ok with our men going into a random country "to start killing off people" but not our women? You're ok with our son's dying in war but not daughters? Logic is not your strong suit. |
You're a tool. Women are horrible at fighting. The justice warriors have been trying to get these women into elite units and they have been failing miserably. |
Did you miss in Missouri women now have to cover their shoulders in the chamber? LOL girls in the US are going to have no rights. |
Yeah, you have certainly made a valid argument that I am the tool in this conversation. |
Oh please, the girls in Missouri are just as responsible for that nonsense as the boys are. Last time I checked their vote counts just as much as the boy’s. I’m a woman and a feminist and believe women should be conscripted, if necessary, just like men. |

I have a boy and girl. I had always maintained that with equal benefits of citizenship come equal responsibilities. If women want to be full and equal citizens, they should be required to register.
Post-Dobbs, I say screw that. The state can now conscript my son to fight in a war and my daughter as a brood mare to “increase the domestic supply of adoptable infants”. Get back to me on registering for the selective service when women have bodily autonomy. |
There is zero chance you have a son. Zero!!! I call BS. |
| Yes, of course. Even my medically disabled son that would join the military if they would let him has to. |
Well, I do. my oldest kid in fact. What makes makes you think I don’t?. That I believe my kids should have equal privileges and responsibilities? Or that I’m angry about Dobbs?I hate the draft and feel strongly that my son should not be conscripted. I hate Dobbs, and feel like my daughter can make her own choices. Because when it comes down to it, it’s the same issue: a loss of personal autonomy. I also believe that boys and girls are different. For example, with teens, girls tend to struggle more with self esteem and social media issues and boy struggle more with executive functioning. Here’s a dirty little secret: a man and a woman can share parenting duties equally. In fact, it’s great for kids to have two very involved parents. And boys can be feminists. Go figure. |
| You have to do it I think when you get your drivers license. |
