I purchased Organic Wholefood 365 rolled oats that have 30 servings per container. According to the label, 1/2 cup is one serving. I eat 1.5 cups in the morning with bananas, blueberries and strawberries. I make oat milk with the other 1 cup with my nutr milk machine. Therefore, I consume 2 1/2 cups (5 servings) every morning. My DS eats four cups in the morning along with bananas, blueberries and strawberries. He also makes oat milk from the other four cups and drinks them in the morning before working out. I love fresh oat milk in the morning from the nutr milk machine. I soak the oat overnight so that in the morning, it has a much creamier taste. |

4 cups of cooked oatmeal? Really? That's a gigantic pot of oats, and with water, it probably weighs close to 3-4 lbs. You're eating 4lbs of cooked oats in a sitting? BS. |

I am a 52 years old male, 5 ft 10', and weigh in at 155 lbs in the morning. I was almost 170 lbs a year ago when I decided to lose 15 lbs. I switched over to a plant-based diet and am very happy with the result. I spend three hours in the Lifetime Athletic gym everyday with two hours of swimming lap and one hour of light weight work out. The amount of oat, fruit, and egg white is right for me with three hours in the gym every day. |
