Favorite breakfasts that fill a man to lunch, who works on his feet.
… without flour or sugar.
… and easy.

Your ideas please?

Flour and sugar could potentially be compromised. But easy, healthy, filling are musts.

I agree about the bowl of oatmeal with fruit and nuts, but also add an egg on the side.

Oatmeal with peanut butter, banana, and any other toppings he likes.
Egg, ham, and cheese sandwich on Ezekiel bread
Trader Joes breakfast potatoes (they have peppers and onions) heat up in air fryer in about 7 minutes and top with fried eggs

I make my oatmeal with skim milk and also sometimes add in flax seed -- that makes it all extra filling.

Hard boiled eggs.

If compromising on flour -- whole grain bread with a smashed avocado sprinkled with salt, or a smashed banana sprinkled with cinnamon. (Could combine with an egg.)

Smoothie with greek yogurt, chia seeds, banana and fruit.

My son likes the TJ's breakfast sandwhiches which are eggs instead of the muffin -- so basically the meat is sandwiched between two eggs. There is probably a way to make those fresh by microwaving beaten eggs in a ramekin with one beaten egg on bottom, slice of cheese, frozen breakfast patty, another beaten egg on top -- stick in microwave. I haven't tried it though.

Steel cut oats with a small handful of nuts, cinnamon and a banana (or other fruit) mixed in. Today I had 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1/8 cup pecans and about 1 cup of sliced strawberries. I was very full.

No flour???? It's breakfast and he will be working it off. He needs the energy. Just make 3 eggs over easy and 2 slices of toast. I love einkorn flour waffles too - can add cheese, or add vanilla and chocolate chips. Pop in toaster from freezer and eat without syrup.

Egg cups (made in muffin tins) with ricotta for extra protein and veggies (like peppers/onions). Serve with these hash browns that are great b/c they also have veggies but they taste good: Cascadian Farm Organic Root Vegetables Hashbrowns (I get them at Whole Foods or Moms).

Crustless quiche, or make a crust with almond or other non-wheat flour.

Avocado bacon egg bites and a banana dunked in peanut butter.

Make the egg bites by mixing it all together and bake in muffin tin and then reheat as needed.

apparently the best thing to eat for breakfast is smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. High in protein, low in fat, low in carbs and filling.

I have:

- 1 whole avocado on whole wheat toast,
- 5 serving of oatmeal with a full banana and five strawberries on almond milk,
- 5 serving of egg white with spinach,
- one apple,

that will last me three hours of workout in the gym until lunch.

Seems like a smelly combo. Are they mixed together or eaten side by side.

Why not really splurge and have a 6th strawberry?
