I have: - 1 whole avocado on whole wheat toast, - 5 serving of oatmeal with a full banana and five strawberries on almond milk, - 5 serving of egg white with spinach, - one apple, that will last me three hours of workout in the gym until lunch.
Do you really mean five servings? You’re eating 10-12 breakfasts every day? That’s so much food! Impressive!
Yes, that's what I eat every morning. I just followed the instructions on the egg white carton, five servings. Same with steel-cut oatmeal. I switched my diet to plant-based twelve months ago and I feel great eversince. My 20 years old college son is home for the winter break from UVA and he eats the exact same thing I am eating but three times the size. He has been on a plant-based diet for the past two years and he is in excellent shape. He spends 90 minutes everyday in the gym working out. I feel much lighter and have much more energy with a plant-based diet.
A serving of oatmeal is a cup. You eat 5 cups of oatmeal every day???
Either she eats a cup and a third and her son eats 3 and 2/3 cup, or she makes 5 servings - one for each day of the work week.
I purchased Organic Wholefood 365 rolled oats that have 30 servings per container. According to the label, 1/2 cup is one serving. I eat 1.5 cups in the morning with bananas, blueberries and strawberries. I make oat milk with the other 1 cup with my nutr milk machine. Therefore, I consume 2 1/2 cups (5 servings) every morning. My DS eats four cups in the morning along with bananas, blueberries and strawberries. He also makes oat milk from the other four cups and drinks them in the morning before working out. I love fresh oat milk in the morning from the nutr milk machine. I soak the oat overnight so that in the morning, it has a much creamier taste.
4 cups of cooked oatmeal? Really? That's a gigantic pot of oats, and with water, it probably weighs close to 3-4 lbs. You're eating 4lbs of cooked oats in a sitting? BS.
