. Ooh got to see this lol |
Same! It’s getting absolutely glowing reviews. I’m going to binge this first release over the weekend. Can’t wait. The pics I’ve seen look wonderful. |
| It makes me like him more but like her less - she seems like she is acting in a lot of it IMO. |
In the 2017 video they talk details about being set up on a blind date. |

Seems pretty callous to release this just after the Wuenn dues and your dad has been crowned King.
I don’t think Harry has thought through what it means to burn bridges. His kids are now completely removed from their first and second cousins. Harry is losing ties to those oriole he was brought up around. Megan only has her mom as family. Montecito is a low profile type of upper rich town. Lots of people are not going to want to associate with them in their new hometown. When there popularity fades in the next 5 years Harry is going to regret what he has done. |
| Maybe they can't afford the upkeep on their real estate holdings without the monarchy titles. |
Tell us how you didn’t watch or understand the series. |
| Watching the first episode. Beautifully made if not a bit schmaltzy. |
That’s been my take on her throughout. But: she faces a toxic and vindictive wall of hatred and I will support her almost reflexively in the way that you do when someone is unjustly hated. She’s actressy and her vibes are very Anne Hathaway’s “look at me - why are you looking at me? - look at me” shtick, but she really shines a light on the charities she works with, she’s been working with charities for years and years, she donates a lot and she and Harry have figured out how to put the rather useless love for Royals and Royal-adjacents to good use. Like their “baby registry” that got I don’t know how many diapers and how much formula donated? That’s a wonderful use of a platform. I’m probably not even going to watch. I feel like a voyeur even with the still pics I’ve seen and I really don’t like actressy people. But good on these two and I hope they spill some beans that help change the monarchy. |

What HORRIBLE people:
Pointing out the antiquity (and that’s kind) of the RF Acknowledging Britain’s horrifying Colonial past Highlighting the sick behavior of the paparazzi Recognizing the pain of mental illness Oh, and they love each other. How gross! |
| I like them a lot, admire his courage in quitting the royal family, hope they can craft a nice life here in America, I imagine productions like this Netflix one must seem like a viable way to finance their lives. It's not like either can just go get a job. Looking forward to watching this. |
EXACTLY 😂😂😂 |

I think this could have been a nice way to tell their story, if they had done this from the beginning and skipped the horrible Oprah interview. They lost me forever as a fan after that interview, and I liked them before that.
In this docuseries, I think they are trying to reframe themselves as decent people, and I enjoyed it. But in reality that Oprah interview is still out there and they chose to do the interview and lie and throw people under the bus etc. etc. That is not easily forgotten. I also didnt like when Meghan mocked her curtsy when meeting the Queen. |

She once had curlier hair when she was younger. I understand why she straightened it. Would she stop straightening it?
Some of what she says seems embellished, but there is a racial element to their relationship and why the British paparazzi didn't like her. |
What did they say in the 2017 video? |
