Weren't you guys wearing these to raves 20+ years ago with me?

These aren’t the same

Keep telling yourself that, Jan.

Whatever, but she's right - those are wide legged jeans. They are loose in the legs, tight in the hips. Elephant jeans are loose all the way through.

So disappointed. I've always loved trouser jeans. I thought "elephant leg jeans" were going to be all saggy and wrinkly.

I do think its hard to style them and find the right shoes.

Those aren't elephant leg jeans.

Please post some elephant leg jeans. I’m curious.

I really appreciate that there is one person - I assume? - who keeps posting links to Norma Kamali. That is a name I haven't thought of in decades - but the garments you keep sharing are all interesting.

Me too! She is still so cool and so is the poster.

+1
They are just wide legs. Not elephant leg. Wide leg looks great. Elephant leg is hideous.

Not sure if these are elephant let, but they’re wide leg and I love them

Hello friend.

This is the first I've heard the term. Most of the pants linked look like what I understand to be wide-leg jeans. Are elephant-leg jeans different? Looser in the hips, or something?

Sorry but that's an awful look.
