OMG this brought back a memory -- I don't eat scrambled eggs much anymore but my mom used to put diced spam and cheese in our eggs as kids LOL.

Sometimes if we have leftover rice I warm some up in an omelet pan and then pour the beaten eggs over it—flip like a pancake after it’s set.
