What do you put into your scrambled eggs?

I like to jazz mine up. Sometimes I do mushrooms, chives and goat cheese, today I did onion, peppers, tomatoes, spinach and cilantro. What are your favorites? I don't have a good omelet pan at the moment, unfortunately.

I have an egg allergy, but my 4YO loves scrambled eggs- at other people's houses. When I try to make them for her, she does not enjoy, and I am can't taste them. What do people generally put in them so toddlers like them. Milk? Lots of butter?

Yes. Whisk the egg with a splash with milk before pouring into not, buttered pan.

Try Kenji's method from the NYtimes which makes great fluffy eggs!
I like menemen and egg bhurji/ akoori which are the Turkish and Indian versions of spicy scrambled eggs with peppers and tomatoes.

Only one of two ways:

Simply scrambled with nothing but lots of good butter and salt.

Jazzed up with *everything* - crisped up leftover potatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, opinion, spinach, cheese... topped with salsa and sour cream.

I’m super boring: good eggs, milk, oregano or thyme, fried in bacon grease. I also sometimes eat them with ketchup.
