“Down there” trends in 2022

I thought the fully bare look was deemed out of style and/or unfeminist by the younger generation. Not necessarily “Bob Ross in a leg lock” but something in between the two extremes.

I do a medium sized triangle up top and then everything on the undercarriage off. Basically a true Brazilian before Amerucans decided a Brazilian meant bald. (Brazilians call bald a "Hollywood.")

This makes so much more sense.

It does, and it's kind of a classic look. The Youngs are no longer into the bald/bare, but even if they rock a "full bush", the ass/undercarriage waxing I think is here to stay. The top is aesthetics, but the benefits of the regular Brazilian I think women and men like.

My ob gyn told me the hair there serves a purpose. It catches bacteria etc rather than that bacteria going directly into your vagina or urethra, it cushions the skins to prevent chafing.

I shave the sides. That’s it. I’ve never had a guy dump me for it. And if a guy doesn’t want to date a woman unless she meets his specific criteria for public maintenance, then I’d rather not date him.

Is that why you opened this thread?

NP. But whenever this comes up there is a super shrill minority of hirsute older women who attempt to gaslight everyone into thinking the “hip new style” with all the hot young girls is Bob Ross in a leglock. It isn’t.

Yeah, no. Ever hear of sample bias?

DH prefers full bush in the front, waxed in back.

Lasered it off in my early twenties with zero regrets. I have almost no maintenance and it feels good to me. I don’t care what’s fashionable.

Not surprised. Pretty much everyone likes waxed in the back, the front is just aesthetic preference. Few people love ass hair and flossing their teeth with labia strays.

Ok b00mer

Millennial here with a full bush. I’m definitely an aggressive feminist as well but that’s not why I rock a full bush. I rock a full bush bc I find it more physically comfortable, don’t give an F what people think (except my husband, but he’s totally happy with this) and literally have so much better things to do w/ my time than deal with this. I take care of what needs to happen to look good in bathing suit, as needed.

People obsessed w/ grooming their vags always seemed so weird to me.

53, have never shaved, waxed, trimmed or anything. I am au natural. Spouse of 28 years has never said a word about it. Cannot imagine spending all that time and energy in this.

How many times did you try to post this before you realized the word was banned and you had to spell it with two zeros

The feminine women have no hair, the ones you want to avoid unless you're into adusive angry feminist have hair. It's a gift indicator

I’m a millennial and I just trim it.

Millennial here. I do a landing strip via shaving daily or every other day. It takes all of 30 seconds. Everytime I've let it go for longer than that and it starts growing out, I feel so, so gross and unclean. I can't imagine anything longer on a regular basis.
