This is so good I could eat the whole pan. I serve it on top of ramen noodles for the kids and alone with sriracha for me.

That looks really good and I don't really use ground beef. I'd make this! What do you serve it with?

One thing I do use ground beef for is Arabic rice.

Brown a diced onion in olive oil, add ground beef and cook mostly through. Add arabic seven spice seasoning (sold in international markets or just use some cinnamon, allspice, black pepper) and salt. Add in washed rice, water, cover and cook until done. Top with browned pine nuts or toasted slivered/sliced almonds.

It is actually a stuffing used for zucchini, cabbage rolls, peppers or whatever vegetable you want to hollow out, but we eat it as a meal with a salad or a vegetable.

This sounds good. What variety of rice do you use? Could brown rice be used?

For these great ideas, do you modify ingredients otherwise if you plan to use ground chicken or turkey rather than beef?

I sub ground turkey a lot. Try to use dark meat ground turkey and also cook less as it tends to dry out faster.

I use ground pork instead of beef and increase the cabbage and carrots by about 15-20%.
