Obviously PP means a quick bastardized version of stroganoff. Like when I use ground beef to make “bulgogi”

Nothing. But I use ground turkey to make:
-Shophouse copycat meatballs
-stir fry with spinach
-taco filling
-stir fry with sweet potato noodles or cellophane noodles

I use ground pork for:
-egg roll in a bowl
-stir fry with sting beans and hot sauce
-omelets and scrambled eggs
-spinach balls

All of these should work with ground beef too.

Cevapi and pljeskavicas, in addition to what people wrote.
Also, musaka. Sour cabbage rolls, grape rolls, well similar, I use different kind of spring leaves plant that is much softer than grape leaves.

Oh, ground pork for lumpia. I am actually from the Balkans, which my above posts tells everyone, but I can make and eat lumpia all day long.

Here's my newest favorite recipe. Like the stir-fry, very vegetable forward:
4 small-medium zucchini (quartered and sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
Half a jar of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil (adjust to how fatty your meat is)
1 pound ground beef
salt to taste
cumin to taste
garlic powder to taste

Saute onion in olive oil. After a minute or two add the zucchini. Cook until tender.
Add tomato sauce and ground beef. Spice to taste.

Great story. Thanks for showing up.
