Criminal record = dealbreaker?

Still, even months after these events, people judge him as less than. It is not fair and indicative of a larger problem in "your" society.

I’m intrigued.

Who wouldn’t be? I need to hear about the postal carrier one

And I want to hear about the guy making a buck by selling watered down honey as honey!

Mail fraud is another story…

Your attention please: impersonating a postal carrier is not "mail fraud." And ask yourself this, how could anyone have mistaken him for a bonafide postal carrier when he was clearly wearing a poly cotton beekeeper's veil-and-round-hat combo? Makes no sense, but that's "justice."

To be honest OP, it’s your statement that you’d be the breadwinner “for now” that gives me pause. Not about money even, but it sounds like you are being hustled. I definitely avoid guys who talk and live in a space of “I am about to make it big.”

This guy is the wrong type of criminal.

Don’t get it twisted, women love real gangster dudes.

Hard pass. NO

This would not be okay with me. You don’t mr room then these things happened - that’s a crucial piece of information.
“Side hustles”…all sounds sketchy.

Definitely. He does not sound stable, OP. No thanks.

The drug offenses would be the dealbreaker for me.

Pass… Plenty of fish in the sea.

DUIs can be forgiven if they’ve demonstrated they aren’t alcoholics and responsibly drink now. Drug offenses need more context. And I’d be worried about “side hustles” - has he had a full-time job? And if so, for how long?

The convictions themselves are not the issue. The issue is: he thinks laws do not apply to him.

The fact that he got caught not once, but 3 times, should tell you: he chose to commit way more than 3 offenses.

THIS.

Cut him loose, OP. You deserve better.

If he’s 34, are you near his age? Absolutely don’t settle for this.
